Whether you're buying our complete systems or our stand alone equipment, we always offer spare parts to accomodate for any issues that might arise. Dropped a screw and can't find it? FinchKam has you covered as we always pack spares for such an occasion.
Sometimes, equipment can come faulty and that is something out of the hands of the customer so we like to keep it simple and solve the issue. We are happy to send out any replacements with valid proof that the product that you have purchased is faulty. If you feel the product is repairable, our tech team is more than happy to also take a look at it, so send them an email or call our helpline above for more indepth feedback. Hassle free is how we like to keep things and with our free returns policy, replacing products is no problem at all.
